Open Question: Chances at Pitt or PSU?

Hey! So I really want to go to Pitt or PSU! I am an Instate Resident, and white My High School UW GPA is a 3.4 weighted 3.95 My grades were an upward trend. I did well junior year (3.7 uw, 3.95 w) I took mostly honors classes throughout h.s and took AP US I also go to a good public school I am heavily involved in extra curricular activites -select choir 4 years -spring musical 4 years -Interact community service 3 years -newspaper 2 years -jr. class committee -9th grade soccer I am CPR certifed and am a Lifeguard I was selected to go to a leadership camp by my guidance counsler I also intern with a state rep. My SAT is low. I plan to retake in October 1640 total (600 W, 550 CR, 490 Math) Also I did bad on the ACT(testing isn't my strong point) I reeeeally want to go to either of these school and want a truthful answer to whether or not you think I can be accepted.
