Open Question: University of Oregon (Transfer student or no student?!)?

Hello, I am a Army veteran about to leave active duty. I am trying to attend University of Oregon. Today UofO told me that if you have been to ANY college you MUST state so in your application. To make a long story short my high school GPA is above the minimum requirement. However my college GPA is below the required 2.5 GPA for a transfer student. Now if I am not accepted as a transfer student because of my GPA, can I enter as a freshman with no transfer credit? These are my grades: High School GPA: 3.44 Arizona State University GPA: 2.11 Credit Hours: 25.0 University of Maryland GPA: 3.0 Credit Hours 3 My SAT and ACT scores are average I would have applied as a freshman, but they told me if they found out I had college credit and did not tell them I could be in academic trouble.
