Open Question: Question about universities abroad?

So, I'm a senior in high school and I'll more than likely be going to Arizona State University next year because it's local and cheap. However, my dream is to go to university abroad (I don't mean like in Laos, probably western Europe or Scandinavia). I know everyone says "oh you can just do study abroad in university" but I checked out ASU's study abroad programs and they don't look that great.. What should I do?... read more
